Please remember all OFFICIAL support is ONLY carried out on www.profiluxsupport.com NOT RC. On RC we can not catagorise threads which leads to a multitude of repeat threads for the same issue.

If you dont get an answer in the time frame you hoped please do not re post on reef central instead drop me a pm with a link to your posted thread on the support forum.

Please also remember the forum is on European time so if you post at midday on one day it wont get an answer until the next day on average.
