As ProfiLux has now such a massive North American market we are finding it increasingly difficult to answer the support threads on this forum.
As such many month ago we created a sticky thread which outlines the correct proceedure for getting rapid warranty support.

Please can we ask everyone to review this thread so we can offer ALL of you the continued fastest support, this is for all your great benefit, and just helps us out a little.
All warranty support questions on this forum will now be reffered to this sticky and provided an email address.
We hope this is to everyones satisfaction and look forward to supporting you all in this way.
This applies to warranty support only.
Basic rule, if you feel an accessory is not functioning and could be a warranty issue (VERY RARE) then email us at sales@aqua-digital.com
