I'm in the process of plumbing my tank to my sump. Looking for ways to support the plumbing so it's not stressing the bulkheads and overflow box. Some options I can think of is to use straps or add wood under horizontal runs etc. Please share how you supported it. I am using 1" and 3/4" pvc. I have ball valves on the supply and return (which adds a decent amount of weight). I don't have pic right now.

I've never supported my pipes and never had a problem, I was thinking of wood like you mentioned.
Also I know that they have pipe clamps for 1/2" conduit.

This is a large version for the image, they are made for smaller pipe & hold tight, can be opened if needed & can be screwed down. Straps if there is no support for the clamps.
