sureflow running in reverse

Anyone knows how to change the direction of the sureflow?

The item isn't blowing out and blowing sand all over my tank.

unplug and replug. Sometimes that works.

if your Sureflow is running in reverse, your stop tab probably has broken off. You will need a new shroud.

just stick your finger into the shroud where the prop is at and it push it to the proper direction. I have done this tons of time when I do water change. You don't have to buy a new shroud at all.

Contact Algae Free (Manufacturer). Mine was spinning backwards as well. They overnighted me a new prop shaft.

I am not sure what the shroud stop tab. I have gotten it to stop but it just stall. (OH I SEE IT Now). i will contact Algae Free.

The tab broke and the white propeller also fails to turn the correct direction after I replace the shroud. Algae Free has indicated in their email that they will send me a new item.

I have this same problem, and acutally when it does spin in the correct direction, it causes my shroud to be "un locked". And caused my shroud to fly off on several occasions.

I finally super glued my shroud to the pump and that has saved me some headaches. I am not thinkging about contacting sureflow.
