Tank-Raised Fish from the New Sustainable Islands (SI) Project
These select species have been collected by fishermen who depend on fishing as a means to
feed their families and villages. The fact that these fish are hand caught without the use of chemicals
at a size when they have just settled into their juvenile habitats make this method much more
sustainable. In addition, the shipping to our hatcheries is less stressful, due to their smaller size. The
end result is a fish that is "tank-raised" and fully acclimated to aquarium life with a voracious
appetite for readily available food. Our customers are quite pleased with the SI products!

Chris got priceing ready. For what he told me that SA gave us a great deal. And we need to plan how we will be able to pickup. He can hold the fish and have us pick them up at the critter. But he doesn't want to put our fish in his tanks. So they will be still in SA bags. So they will need to be PU the day the shippment gets in.
I will try put the price up by tonight.

And also I can hold any fish in my 55 got notthing but live rock and a small clown in it right now.
Also the the $$$ are so good that The commo clown was like $10. But don't know forsure till I get the list. just what Chris told me over the phone.

this why I Support my LFS. With out the critter this could not be done.

I agree with you 100% which is why I have never bought livestock online and get most of my dry goods at the LFS as well.. I try to support all the stores and even go to Clarksville all the time to show support to Pet Palace and sometimes L&L pet world...

Without a doubt the critter has always been there for the club...
 
I'd also like to give SA a huge WAY TO GO! on all the fish they have managed to breed and/or tank raise.

Thats an impressive list.
 
Anyone know what a "Fancy" false perc looks like? I was hoping for some Onyx, but I do not see them on the list.
 
Depending on the price, I will get 5 long Spines, a Rainford's, and a pair of the tank raised True percs with some black. I do not think price will be an issue the way it sounds though.

That is unless I see what a Fancy False perc looks like and I like it better.

Maybe even a couple of snowflakes or semi picasso's. Have not finalized what I want for the clowns.

I would like to get in on the order, when do I need to get my order in by? I would like to see the price list before I make my decisions :) Thanks guys for setting this up!

I should of put this on the top this is a group buy for MTRC paid member. I got a list yesterday of who has paid.

And tomstill I don't see your screen name on the list. If this is mistake Pm me or go to The club website and use paypal and join the club.

Also I couldn't get out of Work so Andy is pick up the price list and me or him will be posting it soon.
For when we need the order in Chris said something that price list is good for this week only so I think sat or tommorrow t is the deadline. I sent an email to Lise at SA hopeful she be able to get back to me soon. Thanks zef Lucas

Matt just emailed me we can send the order in anyday of the week. If we give it to him By Mon it be at the critter wed for pick up so what Im asking If everyone happy on putting In the order on Monday. If not what day.
 
Hey all. I asked Matt about Onyx percs and here is his response:
We do have some SA Onyx available. We just don't have tons of them, so they aren't on the list. They'd be the same price as the regular perculas for the group buy. If you or anyone does want those,*we do have a few showing a bit of*black that I could pick-out for you.

Pretty cool if you are looking for onyx like I was.
 
Hey Jason, the "Fancy SA" are what 3 of mine are. They start out orange with a black halo around the dorsal fin. As they mature they become black 3/4 of the way down and and to the tip of the nose. The bottom jaw and belly are orange. They are a really neat looking fish.
