SW shops in the Ithaca area

I'm headed to the Ithaca area and was wondering if there are any reef shops in the aea. Won't have much ime to check out the waterfalls, but my son and I are always up to see a new place, come home wit some new ideas, and usually way more livestock than I expected. We're coming from Canandaigua, so Seneca Falls area would work too. We're headed back to Bath afterward, so maybe even something in the Elmira/ Corning area.
That being said, what would be the best wat to transport livestock on a 2-3 hour drive in 80 degree weather?

Now I'm just padding my post count. You won't find anything better than the Salty Dog till you reach PA, and even then it's pretty much even.

In Auburn, there's Tropical Fish Emporium. Lots of fish and aquariums, some macro algae, but not much coral. It isn't much to look at, but the owner is a hoot.

There's nothing in Ithaca but the mall pet store. 4 SW tanks, maybe 8 fish, and some mushrooms that alternate between "not for sale" and "wow that's expensive".

I don't know of anything near Watkins Glen, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

In Elmira, there's Tropical Fish Outlet. Loads of tanks, fish, and a few corals. The owner is nice, but some of his methods are outdated (crushed coral, ugg!) There's also The City Zoo. Meh.

I put my treasures in a cooler while I drive. You could add an ice pack in a towel if you think it's necessary.

Thanks- just looking for something to do after a lacrosse game. For what it's worth, I on't know that I've ever found anything better than The Salty Dog even around Rochester. adam and Kyle have walked me through every potential disaster I have created, couldn't be nicer or less arrogant (unlike some other lfs's) and they've got me to the point where I feel confidant in what I'm doing and working towards. At this point, I can't say I'd but livestock from anywhere else.
