I have had a pair of swallowtail angels in my tank for about 6 months and they are doing fantastic. They are probably 5-6" now, but neither has turned male. But from what someone has told me, you need at least three of them in a tank for the dominant one to become female.
So can I just add another 1-2 swallowtails into my tank now, or will this cause fighting? I love the two fish I have so I dont want to cause a lot of fighting, but would also like to see the male coloration in my tank b/c they are beautiful.
What are your thoughts?
