I'm looking at the flow in my tank and I'm thinking that a wider flow would be more suitable for the dimensions. The tank is mainly SPS, but has not grown in yet.
My tank is a Deep Sea Aquatics 185 (60" x 30" x 25") with the Tunze 6105's placed next to the overflows about halfway down in the tank. They are angled at the front glass two thirds of the way down the tank. They are setup to alternate flow on an Apex.
Would I be better suited to buy the 6205 housings and widen the flow or just bite the bullet and start saving for more or more powerful tunzes.
