Swedish 237+ Gallon

My name is Ted and im 30 years of age and coming from Sweden.
Ive been in the fresh water for 20 years and started salt 2 years ago whit my RSM130.
That tank got smal realy fast and atm my largest of my 3 tanks is this 237Gallon or 900 liter displaytank.
I started the tank 26th August of 2010 so its still in muturing stage and the scape isent done yet cus im waiting to sell out most of the Sps corals.
Under the displaytank i got a Sump/refugium at 65 gallons whit my macro alges and other items.


Aquarium Oceanson 900liter (237gallon)

Sump 250 liter (65gallon)

Diy Biopellet reactor whit an UP-2000 pump

Skimmer Bubble Magus BM200P (Fishstreet)

Watermovment.24000L WaveMaker (Fishstreet) + Coralia 3

Light. 2x400W Single Ended Lighting Package from Fishstreet.
4X54W T5 and a blue LED list for moonlight.

I think i need to do something about the heat.In sweden we had several days of 18+ celsius outside and its getting warm inside and the temprature of the tank raised from 27-29 celsius and som of the sps are looking hangy.SÃ¥ im thinking on ordering a chiller or burry 50meter of housing outside and pas the water thro it.

Been Working a week now so not mutch been hapening to the tank.
I will buy some more fish for the tank problaby some tang or so.
A fwe bags of sand to get a dif bed is planed to.

Got 2 aquariums on 248liter eatch.They are going into my fish room im building.Afer the fish room is done i vill move al the live stock from the 900 liter aquarium to the fish room and after i will move the tank 1 stair down cus its cooler there and it will solv the heating problem.This will be done after summer tho.
Been thinking on changing my lights from 400W mh to LED to.
