For sure. Coloration is also slightly different. Still, a beautiful fish.

yeah, I know their difference was the price.....even though,it still one of my best fish.

Recently found a pair of L Susumi that's pretty cool too. They're probably more abundant in your region.

Just got them but I'm pretty sure they are. My L rubre pair didn't touch any corals.

I am wondering how to identify the gender of them?
according my observed,it is safe within the corals tank.

but it seems like to eat shrimps or something like that...............look at it's mouth!!!!

I've had pairs of Liopropoma eukrines, rubres and sp (Sunrise basslet) starting out pretty much similar in size but one will eventually grow much faster then the other. I assume the larger one is the male as it usually is more dominant. They all get along with each other and other fishes pretty well.

Will be tagging along to see how they do and if indeed reef safe.... Would love to score one or two if they are... Colors are very cool!
