SWFMAS is hosting our second annual Open House. This event will include speakers, dry goods manufacturer booths, frag swap tables, frag auction and raffle. This years event will be held at Riverside Community Center located at:
3061 East Riverside Drive,
Fort Myers FL
The tentative itinerary is:
7 a.m. Doors open for volunteers and vendors for set-up
8 a.m. Doors open for general admission
9 a.m. to Noon, Speakers (Julian Sprung, James Fatheree, Dr. Mac)
Noon to 1 pm, Lunch, event hall will remain open during lunch
1 pm to 2 pm, Raffle
3 pm to 5 pm, Auction
5 pm - teardown and clean up
As always, we will need volunteers the day of the event. If interested, please contact jeff@swfmas.com
Entry is free to all SWFMAS members that renew or join before May 1, 2009. Entry is $5 for SWMAS members that renew or join after that date. Entry is $5 for paid members of any other Florida marine aquarium society (must have your badge!) Children under 12 are free. If you don't meet any of the above requirements, entry is $15.
