Swim bladder?

It looks as if my tangs swim bladder has ruptured causing a bubble in its stomach. It is fighting to stay right side up. Do they recover from something like this or do I have to euthanize the fish?

I just saw this for the first time on a naso tang a few months ago. In asking around, it seems to happen to tangs once in awhile. In the cases we've seen, the air bladder seems to protrude through the muscle tissue on the side of the fish, not the stomach like in your case, so the situations might be different.

The three cases I've heard of were all eventually fatal...sorry.
