Switching Adapter for Tunze Stream 6201

I just bought (6) 6201's and noticed after 2 weeks one of the green lights on the switching adapter is off. I tried a different outlet and cord and still no green light. All the pumps work (I used a different adapter to make sure. Do you want just the adapter? Model number is SYS1250-A324. You can PM me if you like.
