Swollen anus/blockage

I have a yellow long nose in QT that has a swollen anus. Looks like a blockage. I am treating with nitrofuracin for any infection. I seem to recall that Mg sulfate (epsom) will help with constipation. Is this true?

Peter, if you remember that one tiny long fin anthia that had the intestinal blockage but disappeared out of nowhere, the vet at NFP suggested using paracide-D. I have the meds here right now if you want to try it.

Actually (and I can't believe I am typing this) I was happy to see the BF poop, even with the swelling this morning. So, I'm going to just stick with antibiotics... for now.
