Swollen Fingers

I was moving a piece of the LR that had fallen loose about three days ago. My fingers must have rubbed the rock the wrong way. They have swollen up and it feels like when you rub your hand across fiberglass. There are no noticeable cuts or abrasion marks but the fingers are still swollen.

What could this be? Has this happened to anyone else? Should I lance my fingers open to remove it

My finger just sorta looks like it got slammed in a door and the ones around it look like they have had fiberglass rubbed on them. It is irritating to say the least

Many of them do not bother most people

But some people are allgergic to the toxins. You may be allergic.

If it doesn't bet better quickly or if it gets worse, go to a doctor.

Just a follow-up:

The fingers have finally gotten back to normal. I have been left with an unfortunate shape to one of my fingers but it is nothing to go crazy about. It just looks a bit lopsided if you look at it a certain way.

i was stung from a worm.my finger still has a scar, finger was numb for about 2 days. nasty little buggers.

happened to me all the time. It went away after few days. I haven't had anything serious yet.
