Synchonizing my 2 new vortech gen 2's

I bought two of the gen 2 vortechs. The manual is a bit confusing. I am sure that I am probably making it more difficult than it is, but, I cannot seem to get them to synchronize. When I was at MACNA Atlanta, there were two on a tank that nearly made the the water splash out of the top. The performance was amazing. That being said, is there someone that I can call, who, if I have the two units directly in front of me, walk me through the coordination of the two units.

By the way, my two units are very quiet and do not over heat. If there is a number I can call, please post it so I can contact you.

Follow the instructions one step at a time.

Unplug them both

Plug one back in

Clear the memory on this pump

Assign that the Master pump.

Plug the other pump in

Clear the memory on this pump

Assign it the Slave pump

Reset the first pump, as shown in the manual.



Set the Master to desired wave, when completed push "mode" on the slave which will now either flash orange or blue. Orange is anti-sync, Blue is sync.
