t-5 54wt 24'' tank height

i recently bought a custom 48*30*25 reefready aquarium and plan on keeping sps in it, with the tank being 30'' wide is 8 t5 bulbs enough and with the tank being 25'' tall are normal driven t5 strong enough to keep sps at all level in the tank(w/ ice cap refletors)?

advice please?

If I was going to try 8 T5's on a 30w tank I would buy one 660 and over drive 4 of the bulbs. Have the blue+ bulbs on normal output ballasts and have the suns or aquablues come on w/ the 660.

That should be a good for SPS down to the bottom.....but if it is just not enough you would have the room to add two more bulbs.
