T-5 bulb configuration

hi i was wondering what is the best light bulb combo for a 4 bulb 24 W??? i was thinking 1 10,000k, 2 actinic, and 1 aqua blue....bad good let me know your thoughts thanks.

4 bulbs that sounds pretty good. It will be just a touch past "white" but not quite blue either....maybe just shy of a 14k bulb.

What you had in your first post sounds good to me...

Personally, i'd go with the first. In some of the t5 posts on lighting that seems to be the norm....

Personally, I would add a GE 65K to the mix. It's a whiter / yellower light when going full blast, but I only run mine 5 hours a day letting the bluer light dominate the rest of the time but my growth is fabulous.

i ended up going with the bulb configured as above. the fixture is the T-5 HO 24" from hellolights.

yea bout 150 to 200 dollars cheeper than the tec and aquatinics.
