t-5 light fixture problems

Hi, i have a t-5 nova extreme lights with 2 balasts, only 2 of the 4 lights will turn on. Can anyone help me.

Sounds like a bad ballast, have you opened up the fixture yet and looked inside to check the connections?

If they are independently controlled it could be simply the switch. Multimeter is your friend.

I purchased a NEP in July and have been through 3 ballasts already. Not to found of this brand. Current replaced one for free and I purchased two ballast directly from the manufacture.

I should have spent the extra money and bought ati

Aristarchus, yes i did but to get the ballast out is very hard. The screw holding it in is under a peice of metal, the screw is small so the screw driver must be small and i cant get enouph tork to unscrew it.
