T-5 NO vs. PC

Does anyone have any experience with what the output of a NO T-5 would be compared to a PC. I am trying to think of a way to get more lighting above my nano with less heat. I have looked and found info about HO T-5's. I know the Helios T-5's dont have the best reputation but I am at least considering them. Thanks for any info you may have.

I should have posted this earlier but I am looking at going with a 24G cube so the only T-5 option that will fit is the NO T-5's. I currently have a 10G though that the coralife fixture would be a nice addition to.

what are the dimsnsions of a 24 gallon?

i would maybe upgrade to more PC on that, but thats just MHO
