Will this fixture be enough lighting for my Softie/LPS only. I know there are other better light units out there but this is the one I can afford right now

Nova Extreme USA
4 x 39w HO t-5 plus 3 lunars.
(2 daylight & 2 acnitic)

my tank is kinda deep measurement:
36L x 18W x 24H

You will definitely be fine with that set-up for softies & LPS.
