T-5 supplementation

Kicking around ideas to change up my lighting. I am thinking about possibly running t-5's with my MH, to get the color im looking for. Question is I will be doing two possibly four if i can cram them in. SO for a two t-5 setup i would probably run two actinic bulbs correct, what ballasty would I use? From what I read overdriving actinics is counter productive, and make them not as blue. If I can go four bulb I might consider runing some sort of a white bulb or mixing in some other spectrums. Again what ballasts and bulbs would be recommended. Thanks

I should say that I am looking at Icecap ballasts, but what model, 430 or 660? thanks

i'm running a UVL super actinic in front and ATI BluePlus in back...it gives a nice supplement but with my MH bulbs i'm looking to possibly overdrive to make the tank more blue
they're on a standard triad ballast now...the icecaps will overdrive i believe

Does overdriving make the bulb burn bluer or whiter?

Not a huge difference,just brighter. I like the Blue Plus Actinic combo look.
