T5 and clams!?? asked alot, but help

soon im adding a 36" 156 watt 2x39 T5 fixture to my 29 gallon.

tank is 18 inches deep.

i might want to do a crocea clam in this tank. im adding a closed loop for flow, will be started today.

will adding phyto into the water column feed the clam if i dont haev alot of filter feeders?

should i target feed?

will this even be enough light??

clams only need phyto when they are young, photo sustains larger clams......................fwiw, i have 8 t-5 and wouldnt do a crocea again , i have 2 now that i had to move up..............they dont look as nice as when i got them a year ago, i dont think t-5 is enuff to keep them nice
