T5 ballast question

One has anyone come up with a good heat sink box for a T5 setup like pfo used to make for the VHOs where you can put a switch and a decent cord on a sealed box. All the options i find are a bare icecap ballast or a bare commercial ballast and after playing with a few icecap ballasts and seen the wires short out, im not a fan. What T5 ballast options are you guys running that look clean and wont burn down the house. also what actual t5 ballast brands are you running that you have had sucess with?

I use an icecap 660 and 430 and only the 430 has a heat sink on it. The only reason it does is becuase I have not taken it off yet.

I think I read in the icecap forum where a new icecap ballast does not need a heat sink.
