T5 bulbs

Hey what is the best place to get T5 bulbs and best Type and combo for T5 bulbs

I have a 36" current fixture with 4 39 watt bulbs over a 58 gallon softie/ zoo tank

I think my bulbs are starting to go bad as I am starting to get some Cyano in my main tank

I would try 1 UVL Aquasun, 1 Super Actinic and 2 ATI Blue Plus to pop the colors.

I also have a 2x96 watt compact flourescent hood that i used b4 switching to t5

would I benefit by using this in addition and if so then what bulb combo

based on my post in the t5 Q&A thread grim reefer suggested
i get the following bulbs

39W Super Actinic T5 HO Fluorescent


39W 10000K AquaSun T5 HO Fluorescent


39W 12000K Aquablue Special T5 HO Fluorescent


39W Blue Plus T5 HO Fluorescent

Is there any local stores that carry these as I would like to try and support a local store as long as the price is not drastically different
