T5 / Led Combo advice needed

Time to replace my Old fixture need Advice

I have Mostly LPS / Softies and Some SPS on the top side Tank 72 x 27 x 27

Looked into LED'S alone but too expensive for me

Planning go with T5 as my main source and supplement with led for Actinic

Option 1) ATI SunPower 6 x T5 Fixture
4 Blue Plus
1 Coral Plus
1 Purple Plus or 1 Coral Plus
2 x Reef Brite XHO Blue LED to Supplement

Option 2) ATI SunPower 8 x T5 Fixture
4 Blue Plus
1 Coral Plus
1 Purple Plus or 1 Coral Plus
2 Actinic bulb for dawn/ dusk

My Question is should I get the Option 1 or 2

Is the options comparable the Option 2 is Cheaper Initial but does these have the same pop as the first ..

For a mostly lps/softie tank 27" front-back option 1 is sufficient...
