T5 light fixture ID

Got this in a used setup for my 40 breeder

4 bulb, one power cord, two power switches

Broke one of the legs on it and need an ID so I can order more.

Nobody knows? I can't find this thing online and really need new legs for it.

If I had to guess it looks like something from fishneedit.com but I don't think they offer a 4 bulb. Maybe an odysea you might check eBay. It looks familiar but I can't tell you for sure
