t5 lighting and zoas

hello, would 12x36 t5 lighting be too much for a mixed tank containing zoas? would a 6x80 be a bit better? this is for a 125g tank. thnks

I had 14 -39w T5's on a 150g with Zoas. They did great.

what about 2x 150w MH and 2x 420nm and 460nm actinics....Is that too much for a55 galon with zoos on the bottom?
