T5 Lighting Module EVG-AP-2F

Hi,

I was reworking my T5 lighting configuration to have a different combination of lights working at different times, and I noticed that one set of my T5's is not dimming, I am pretty sure it has been like this since I connected them up a few weeks ago.
My problem is when I activate the lighting simulation and activate manual control, I can turn the light on or off but do not seem to be able to dim it. I have checked the wire connections to the control line plug and they appear to be good I do not think it will be the wiring in the light itself but I could be wrong, I just cannot work out how I can turn it off and on but cannot get it to dim.

Anybody got any ideas as to what or where to start.

Hi

if you are absolutely sure that the wiring is Ok then there are 2 options:
- channel is not set to dimmable
- "burning in" is active

you should measure a voltage of 0V (shut off) ...10V (full brightness) on the control line of the EVG-AP resp. the ballast.

Thanks for your reply, got home from work tonight activated manual and it appears to be working, checked settings as recommended and all are correct, set to dimmable with no burning in. So not sure what has happened.
But all is good again
