Aqua scape from the front looks like a diagonal C shape, with 2 39w / 400MH / 2 39w.
Use your 400w 20k and use either ge6500/aquablue special...or coral plus as the 2 inside T5 bulbs & 2 blue plus as the 2 outside T5 bulbs.
Ge6500 or Aquablue Special is one of the whitest and best SPS growth bulbs & a couple bulbs like this (with 2x Blue plus) with a 400w 20k halide will still have a blue look. Trust me, 400w halide trumps all.
For more blue use 2 Coral plus instead of the GE/AB bulbs. 2 coral & 2 blue still good PAR.
You can even use 4 Coral plus bulbs for a high PAR but still blue look.
I guess you don't want a good dawn/dusk look with your T5's?...only more power & blue?
Good dawn/dusk is 3 blue plus & 1 purple. Still high PAR & a good combo with a 20k bulb as they are closer in color, not brightness. Blue plus has very high PAR but looks dark blue, the purple is pretty bright so together it will make a good high PAR Dawn/Dusk combo but the halde will obviously overpower it when its on.
