I was just reading what it said under item details on marine depot. It actually says bent polished reflector. After viewing the specs the ATI looks better.

at 12" or 16" D any HO t5 will get the job done. modern chinese units are getting much better. ati and tek are nice, 3x the price better ? ...you 'll have to answer that. for lps , you're able to get away with murder.

well i bought the 36" tek light... but i got ati bulbs... is that going to work? haha im such an idiot for not thinking that through

As long as the ati bulbs are meant for a 36" fixture it will work, all t5 bulbs are universal. My tek light has ati bulbs.

It will work great. Like I said ATI is better than tek. But those lights aren't really worth it in such a shallow tank.
