T5s for Seagrass Tanks

hi all,

I'm planning to put some seagrass (thallasia and maybe some other available species) in my refugium, tank height is 2', width is 2' and length is 2'. current sand depth is around 2", but I'll be putting more sand in it, maybe around 8-10". How many 2' HO (24w) T5s should I put to keep them happy? Would 2 T5s be sufficient? Need advice.

thanks! :)

Another vote for 4x 24 W.
That would give the best spread, and maximal light for the least watt/heat.

BTW, add as much current/waves in there as possible.
Also, if possible, have the outflow from a skimmer add tank water into the refugium, hopefully with some excess microbubbles.

I think the gas exchange goes up with the microbubbles and they tend to stick to micro algae via surface tenson and export them.
