Table Milli Growth pattern

I just picked up a frag of a Pink Table Milli, and I was told that high flow would be the best for it. Do Table millis grow with the flow? or against the flow? It's already curved a bit and I'm trying to decide which side should face the return pipe? The concave side? or convex side? (if that makes sense... I'll try to get a picture later)

I think most corals grow with the flow. Thats why its important to have turbulant flow coming from all angles.

ya you want turbulant random flow but it will table out in the direction of the most flow IME.
