Not even sure if this is a disease, parasite or just plain old constipation. my blenny has a huge belly on him. looks like the chris farley of the fish world. i can barely see the outlines of his intestine, or maybe even a worm on one side of his stomach. I have always kept my blenny and blue tang fat and happy, but he is swimming strangely and tends too have loooong strings of poop dangling. im worried it is some sort of parasitic worm. hopefully just a case of the ole jammed back door. Any advice or ideas would be very welcome, i dont want my fave fish to die.
P.S. he still eating despite his belly, and the swimming tends to worry me.
