Take a look at this rock...

Moved to this forum for more responses. They look like typical filter-feeding worms, maybe spirorbid, to me.
 
The centipede looking worm is a bristle worm. They are not bad for your tank because they eat left over food and other scrapes. They only cause problems when they get to big. They can clog pumps or pipes. To control the population of these i introduced a orchid dotty back to my tank. Since then I rarely see bristle worms.
