Well since the weather has been so bad for weeks, we have had time for a project that needed to be done, for years!

Our webpage was done by a friend many years ago when the internet started.......

Look here for our new site, it is not live yet, would like feedback from our best customers, everybody here at RC

Is Mr. Bryan Buus"s work, he is an amazing web designer, and skiing this weekend, as we worked him so hard!

He is a regular here...

Well Bryan Buus..great job! It's really a nice site to look at.

Well designed and Nice and easy on the eyes! ;)

Looks great! I especially like that you include the part 1/part 2 instructions...gives people a better idea of what to expect when their rock arrives.

Hello Richard,

very nice new web site!
I really love the good pictures of the crabs and mantis ;)

I think, that you could add more testimonials and pictures from the many, many, many happy customers on your site.
When I did my initial research, I loved looking at the pictures of other tanks filled with your beautiful rock (couldn't really believe that mine would look like that too!)

Keep up the great work
Manuela

Feeding

Feeding

Hi,

I really like your new site - it's attractive and informative... In fact, I'm interested that on the pages with the images of the TBS LR organisms you recommed feeding them...

I have "part 1" in my tank (for about 1 1/2 weeks now) and nothing else. I'm not planning to add "part 2" or fish for another 3-4 weeks...

Would you recommend I "feed the tank" something over the next 3-4 weeks - and if so what and how often?

I'd certainly like to keep as much alive as I can!

Thanks,

- Michael

Very cool site... a definite upgrade in professional appearance.

Two suggestions:
1. Provide a rough idea of how much the "package" weighs in pounds per gallon ordered so that folks can figure out how much shipping may run them

2. Add dates to your testimonials so they are more relevant

Good idea, something we overlooked, if everybody could chime in and let us know the size of your package, destination airport and freight charges you had we will incorporate it into the page.

Thanks!

It's good for a general reference point, but the way fuel costs are and continue to rise.....it may be way off in the near future! :(

I was just reading this morning that airlines may be paying $60 a barrel very shortly.

New site is fantastic ! I especially like the nice clear pics of the hitchikers - much easier to identify.

100% better than the old site !!! :)

new site

I like the new webpage a lot.
It directly answers many of the questions I've been researching and have seen repeatedly asked--I'm sure this was your intention. . ..
Well done.

I got a 55g package and it came into Chattanooga. I think the freight charges were between $60-$70.

Can't wait until the new site is up!!

I got the 90g pkg delivered to Islip, NY. via Southwest Airlines
Weights were 280lbs. and 247lbs. and shipping was $122 & $104.

my first half was 125 pounds.
second half was 100 pounds (either that or that was the minimum they charged)

35 package.

destination airport was LaGuardia, NY. Delta charged me $90 for the first half, $70 for the second half.

Feedback I've heard about the new site:

Have you tried dragging your mouse over the "water" to the left on the homepage? Really neat! :)
