Taking down tank, santa barbara

I am taking down my 40 gallon breeder and setting up a 24g nano cube.
For sale...
LIVESTOCK
(2) raspberry millipora colonies, each are approximately 4" tall 4" wide~$50 EACH
(1) 5" orange monti cap~$30
(1) 4" green digi
probably 30 lbs live rock $2.50/lb

Equipment (after livestock sells)
(2) 150W DE PFO pendents and magnetic ballasts w/ 14k phoenix bulbs which need to be replaced, i'll throw in (2) 8 month old 20k BLVs.~$150 each setup
(1)40 gallon 'clear for life' tank and black stand in good condition, plumbed with corner overflow to 15 gallon refugium with ehiem return pump. ~$150
(1) CPR bakpak ~$30
