Taking loses and unsure why

Over the last 3 weeks I have lost 3 peppermint shrimp, two sexy shrimp and this morning I woke up to find my fire shrimp dead. This leaves me with just one sexy shrimp left.

all my tests come back normal so I don't know what is killing them off. The tank has been set up since Oct. The fireshrimp was added about the second week of Nov. and has been doing great.

Current tank mates (30G), emerald crab, hermit crab, blue legged hermits, snails, two soft corals and some polyps. All the shrimp died whole so I don't think they were attacked.

I do regular water changes.

I'm taking it you didn't test for Cu. That's the only thing I can think of other than temperature changing rapidly.

No I didn't test for copper. Is that a possibility I use distilled water and mix with Instant Ocean.
