Taking the plunge

I'm taking the plunge back into the hobby and buying an Elos System 70 at the end of the month. A build thread will definitely follow. I'd like to put this out there- I will need help moving it and I would be willing to pay someone with reef moving experience and the ability to drive a uhaul for a days work. There is no way I can do this on my own. Pm me if interested.

Shadyside. The aquarium is in Columbus, so it would be a full day's move. I'd be aiming for Saturday the 31st.

As of now there are no firm commitments. The offer is still on the table to those who have pm'd me. I have been sending replies from work and they may not be getting through, so touch base if interested.

Final offer: $200 to help move the tank plus gas to Columbus and back. If I can't line up transport by tomorrow I will have to back out.

You might have a good chance if you rent a van or small u haul and just find someone to help unload assuming the current owner can help load it up?

I actually looked into that, uhaul charges by the mile and by the time I put gas in it and got a second person to drive it or my car it would get really expensive.

Enterprise rents cargo vans by the day and doesn't charge by the mile.

Thank you iron will! I just booked a van for tomorrow morning which greatly simplifies matters. Now I will only need someone to help me get the aquarium into my apartment because the seller will help with takedown.

Would anyone be available for setup in Shadyside tomorrow around 4? I would give $50 for help. No truck required! Pm if interested.
