Talk about outragous price?

So I was thinking about ordering a couple of fancy overflow covers from MRC since I broke a couple of the teeth off of my glasscages ones tryin to widen them out a little. I was expecting to pay a little for these but they quoted me a price of 225.00 for 2 overflow covers thats all! I understand they need to make a profit but that was more than I had expected. Im not cheap by anymeans but thats alot of money for some overflow covers. Its acrylic not gold. Anyways just thought id share.

Try Bond plastics in Nashville. He works out of his garage and they probably won't look perfect but he has made trickle filters etc.....for the fish buisness before. When I was looking for black plastic to make an overflow I got a piece from him for $7 that everyone else wanted to charge me $50 for.
