Taming Unruly rbta

I know this is a stupid topic, but I have to ask. I've been keeping rbtas for over 10 years. My first rose has split and I've sold, traded, given away more than 30 clones.

I have one giant specimen (10+ inches) that looks great when it is "resting" the rock structure. Unfortunately, it like to stretch itself out to full size and dominate a large area of the tank. At full size, it is bothering surrounding corals and being a pest. This specimen is home to a pair of breeding percs.

My questions are as follows:

1. Is this behavior is caused by too much or too little light?
2. What can I do, if anything, to "encourage" the specimen to keep a lower profile?

Any suggestions/advice for managing this unruly anemone would be greatly appreciated.
