I just had my second experience buying from Tampa Bay Saltwater, and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of it. I first ordered from TBS in 2000, and purchased a "Package" for a 20gallon tank. I received some of the most colorful and unusual rock and growth I'd ever seen, plus several extra critters that "hitchhiked" in.
When starting to set up my new 180g, I knew all along that I would order from TBS. But when I received my order from TBS, I realized that somewhere between 2000 and 2006 I had forgotten how great their service is and how great their product is. All of the critters I ordered were alive and well upon delivery, and after acclimating them properly and introducing them to their new home, they are all active and appear to be very healthy. I also was pleasantly surprised to find that some additional critters somehow bagged themselves up and made it into the shipping boxes. They're great additions to my tank.
I would recommend that if you're apprehensive about ordering and shipping livestock and live rock "sight-unseen," put your fears to rest and order from Tampa Bay Saltwater. My bet is that you'll be happy you did... I don't think you can go wrong by ordering from TBS.
