Im looking to get a unicorn tang and i really love blonde naso's as well and chance of these two getting along

Unicorn tangs are best left in the ocean unless you have a huge system. The Naso also needs a large system. If these are going in your 240 system in your signature, you dont' have a big enough tank.

not trying to be smart but can you qualify "huge" and "large"?

A little clarification first.

I assume by "unicorn", you are referring to Naso Vlamingii and "blond Naso" as Naso literatus. The N. Literatus can reach 16-18" and the N. Vlamingii can reach over 20 inches.

unicorn tang =Naso unicornis, blonde naso =Naso lituratus..... i am not questioning you input on my tank is not big enough i was just wondering what you consider large and huge.... i trully am not trying to stir anything just wondering there are alot of people that would say a 240 is huge... i wouldnt but just wondering

My tank is 8x3x3 and I would never keep a N. Unicornis or N. Lituratus.

I consider a 20" fish "huge" for home aquaria :)

i agree... and my plans will probably change ... only reason i was thinking about it was i help at a lfs and we had one that my wife fell in love with and that was one of her demands to set this tank up ... luckily the store has 2 750 (10x4x30") tanks and we have a relationship with world aquarium in st louis... but in the end i will probably leave it out.... I like to keep my pets till they die of old age not get attached to them and trade them off

Well a 750 gallon tank is only marginally suitable for these fish. They will make that tank look small.

Slightly off topic, but how big do unicorns get before they get the horn?

Ive seen a few 4-6" juvi's with a small bump but no real horn yet.
