Or something else? 17 fish and only one showing this and only on 1 side. Seemed to have happened over night. Didn't see one day and there it was the next.

No new fish in several months and all fish go through TTM with two PrazioPro treatments and then QT for a couple weeks for further observation

Is there itching or scratching on rocks . Did u FW dip or my new favorite Seachem paraguard. I have seen where prazipro may not get all the flukes out msy still have time before it drops off eggs and reinfects all the others
 
If it was a human, I would say scabies. I'd love to see a scraping under a microscope. I would start with dimilin.
 
I had sharks with similar skin tracks. Under the microscope from skin scrapings I was able to diagnosis them with amphipods that we're digging into the skin. There should be a post on this board with pics.
