yeah, i see your point, i have a nice sized sailfin in my 110 with around 160 lb live rock and he loves it, he is a graceful, slow swimmer, he just likes to slowly swim around and look at things and beg for food lol, but, every tang can have a different personality too, if i got a extreme hyper non content sailfin he would be pacing and not be happy. but, when i say juvenile i mean like an inch one, there is no one or 1.5 inch tang that wouldnt have enough room in that guys 90 gallon. but, after 2 years when it is 4 to 5 inches maybe it will be unhappy, maybe it wont, depends on the specific fishes personality. i know what you are saying though, you are basing it off the fact there are actually people out there who buy 20 and 30 gallon tanks and put mature hippo, sailfin, naso etc. in there pretty much torturing it!
