Since you don't have a QT station setup, I would get one or 2 cleaner shrimps. Let them develop a cleaning station. At the same time... FEED the fish more to help them build up their health...let nature take it's course. From my personal experience...hypo didn't work.

Quite a while back I use to qt and never tried copper. One fish got really sick in qt and stopped eating. I began treating with copper and the next day my fish started to eat again. I think the copper temporarily killed off some of the disease. Now I treat everything with copper. There are no guarantee yours will respond well but it may help.

I prefer cupramine but I've never tried any other kinds of copper.
