Tang has ICK, what to do about tank mates?

My tang got ICK. He was in QT for a few weeks, been in DT for a week and got ICK. He is back in QT and I will start reducing salinity.
What should I do with tank mates? should I leave them be unless the show signs?

If you are not going to treat all fish and leave the tank fallow for 72 days, might as well put the tang back in because he will just get ich again.

They are all sick even if your not seeing spots on them. There are tell tale other signs that will confirm this
