Tang has weird bumps in it's belly?!?

My friends yellow tang seems to be showing a very bloated stomach and almost like there are stones it ate a parts of the bulges are pointed.

Has anyone ever ha experence with this or know why may cause this?

Pretty normal for a Yellow Tang, I named mine "Lumpy"
