Tang Heaven

Anyone use Tang Heaven in their fuge? What kind of lighting are you using? Anyother info on the stuff would be great. I want to grow in fuge and then feed Tang with it occasionally.

I had it in my refuge until the growth slowed down and then I moved it to a separate algae grow tank.
