That was my first thought too but it doesn't have the white tear drop spot near it's tail that you typically see on Dussumieri tangs. My friend said it could be a juvenile one though. Would like to figure it out though as I'd love to find one of these.

Now almost 100% sure it's a Acanthurus bariene or a Black Spot Tang, although even on Bariene there is a smaller white teardrop. Interesting. The one on Google looks identical other than the teardrop however.

Ahh yes... That looks like it indeed though none of the pictures online look as vibrant as this one! Then again, I am sure the lighting plays a big role in that. Thanks guys! I figured somebody here would know.
